You can check your current balance and credit history anytime in the Credits section of your account. There, you’ll see your remaining credits, recent usage, and a detailed record of all credit activity, including grants and consumption.

No — we don’t charge any hidden fees. The price shown at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay. Any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or payment provider charges are determined by your location and payment method.

You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase if no more than 50 credits have been used. Add-on credits are non-refundable and are valid for the period shown on each pack. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For other cases, contact support.
